The Reports screen shows the list of reports which can be generated from Tabletops.

The Reports Screen lists the reports which can be generated and the filtering criteria fields with respect to the report selected from the list.

Clicking on the Show Report button will generate a report, by default it will not apply any filters and all the records are shown. The details can be narrowed down by applying filters, which is done by selecting the appropriate data within the fields.

Enabling a single date field will apply an 'equal to' filter on the data and will return records with respect to the selected date.

Enabling both the date fields will apply a 'range' filter on the data and will return records with between the selected dates. (Inclusive of both the dates).

• To enable a date field, make sure it is checked, which can be done by clicking on the box next to the date field.

View -> Reports from the menu bar.
