Locations

Purpose:

The Locations screen is used to manage different locations of your restaurant.

Description:

The Locations screen contains the list of locations in your restaurant and a table displaying the location details.

To Add a Location
  1. Click Add button, the Add Locations screen is displayed
  2. Enter Location Name
  3. Select a Printer from the dropdown list, by clicking the down arrow next to the field
  4. Enter Notes
  5. Click on the Save button.

To Edit a Location
  1. Select a Location from the tree view
  2. Click on the Edit button, the Edit Locations screen is displayed
  3. Edit the text of the desired fields
  4. Select a different Printer if needed
  5. Click on the Save button.

To Delete a Venue
  1. Select a Location from the tree view
  2. Click on the Delete button, a confirmation dialog box is displayed
  3. Click OK to proceed or Cancel to discard the deletion.

Notes:

  • The printer drop down list shows the printers installed on your system, which can also include the printers on your Local Area Network. Install the required printers before adding or editing printers for the locations.

How to access:

Settings -> Locations from the menu bar.
